New Boatshed
The new, covered boat repair workshops will offer an additional 1,500M2 of covered facilities for boats up to 21 meters LOA. With large roller shutter doors, our mobile hoist will be able to move vessels directly into this new facility straight after lifting at the dock. This space is already proving popular & available to book.

Victoria Quay is set in the heart of the former Royal Navy victualling yard in Gosport.
Today, RCY has a thriving marina and popular restaurant Artys, a British Pub and OneStop shop for a quick sandwich. Further along the waterfront, you’ll pass Powder Monkey Brewing and the Millennium Bridge.

Our 150m stretch of deep-water quay is where the Royal Yacht used to sail from, taking Queen Victoria across the Solent to Osboune House on the Isle of Wight.

Ample free 4-hour parking is available at Victoria Quay in the Cooperage Yard. So whether you are having work done at the boatyard by one of our marine-based businesses or stopping by to grab a coffee from our ever-popular, independent coffee shop, T By The Sea, there is ample space for your visit.

We offer office space in the cooperage buildings and industrial workshop space in a number of the Victoria Quay historic buildings, providing tenants with excellent waterfront access and the potential to build excellent business relationships as part of our marine service centre.
